Best value/energy saving Dehumidifier?

I've been looking for a Dehumidifier for a few months for a 2 bedroom flat. I'm just looking for a basic one (air filters raise the cost and require replacing etc), and have been trying to hold out for some form of price reduction. I'm trying to decide between: Meaco Dry ABC Range 10L Compressor Dehumidifier Green FREE 3 Year Warranty - ABC10L-G 160W £134.90 compared to:
meacodehumidifiers.co.uk/pro…l-b 155W £148.95.
The only difference I can see is the extra 5 watts, would this justify the higher price over time? Or alternatively does anyone know of a better value deal/machine, or how regularly prices are cut?
Also the Arete (151 watts) is good with the extra 2 years warranty (5 instead of 3) but £11 more it includes an Air Purifier which needs replacing roughly every 3 months so would add an extra £10 each time and reduces dehumidifying efficiency just by having the air purifier? https://www.meaco.com/products/meacodryarete1-10l

I had the meaco abc and can vouch for it. Very quiet and cheap to run.. If you call them sometimes you can get returns with a damaged box cheaper.

the Arete can be run without the filter.
I can't see why the filter should affect dehumidifying efficiency?0 -
I bought the ABC 12l version just before Christmas. Very pleased with it.Not sure there's much difference in the two you've posted about, so which is your preference and what's the best deal you can get?I bought mine from one of the authorised dealers on Meaco's website, (does aircon centre sound right?) and it came with a free extended warranty. My considerations were physical size (ABC was the best fit), noise, size of water container, and price. And I just didn't like the look of the Aerate. I've never worked out why either, but I didn't.0

Have the ABC 12ltr & can vouch for that. Does a great job of keeping my previously slightly damp & very humid ground floor dry & comfortable. It’s set on the humidistat to 55% & clicks on & off. When I’m out of the house all day the electricity cost is between 2-4p an hour, with the fridge & router running too0

if you run it in AP (air purification) mode it won't dehumidify at all.
If the filter is dirty/full it will reduce airflow & therefore reduce dehumidifying efficiency - this applies to the standard filter as well as the HEPA filter.
removing the HEPA filter will reduce noise by 4-5dB.0
