Cricut reneging on warranty

When I bought my original machine direct from Cricut it had a 2 year warranty. I had 3 machines break down during that period. When I was issued with the 3rd replacement in October 2022, I was promised a new warranty would start with the 3rd replacement due to the constant break downs. I have been fobbed off in every email exchange and my direct questions ignored. The phone call where this promise has been made has been acknowledged but they continue to parrot policies. They have tried to offer me money off a new machine which I have refused. I received an email from them today stating that it was the end of our email exchange! I don’t have a business, it’s just for my crafts. I really don’t know what else I can do.

If the offer of a discount off a new machine is still available, you may wish to reconsider, particularly if they're the only supplier of whatever machine type it is.0 -
Is there a problem with the third replacement?
They appear to be based in Utah, USA so your rights will depend on the laws of that state.

Are you having to return these to the USA each time, under warranty?
As even Circut, recommend purchasing Cricut products only through an authorized dealer/seller
As Circut maker 3 can be had a lot cheaper from UK seller, without international postage.Life in the slow lane1 -

thankfully not had to use the warranty myself0 -
I would stop buying Cricut if it kept breaking down
I have a relatively cheap UKcutter MH721 that has kept me going for a while now, it was a bit frustrating setting it up originally mind you but so far so good. Not sure if it overkill or just to big for your needs though.0
