Working Tax Credit/4 week follow on.

Hi I informed HMRC 3 days ago because I have been on sick leave for 28 weeks and I am not in a position to go back to work yet. HMRC cancelled my working tax credit instantly and child tax credit to continue. I have checked on my online gateway and it is showing 0 working hours.
I am still employed by my employer. My question is that I have read online that there is something called 4 week run on after WTC ends but I have not been given it. Is there a criteria to meet why I have not been given it?
Could someone please help to answer this please.
Thanks
