Hi,
sorry to ask but can someone help, this is driving me nuts.
I have an iPhone 11. When I log into iTunes I have, say 10 Madonna songs in my iTunes library.
when I plug my phone into iTunes and got to the phone, into music it says there 10 Madonna songs on my iPhone, but they have an exclamation mark at the side of them, but they play ok in the songs library.
I can’t delete these off of the phone music on iTunes, and they aren’t showing in the music app on my phone handset?

I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled on my phone and my laptop, I’ve consolidated files. I even spoke to iTunes tech support but they couldn’t solve it.
Has anyone had the same problem and if so did you solve and how?
