Zopa Certificate of Interest

Hi, near the end of March they emailed to say the certificate of interest would be available on 6th April. However I don't see it. Does it generally take a week or to appear, in spite of their email ..

"Heads up, a certificate of interest for the 2022/23 tax year will be made available for you in the Zopa app on 6 April 2023."

Mine is showing.  Click on the account and then go to 'Manage' (top right), and select 'Certificates of Interest'.

On my account "manage" offers "Account Information", "Linked Accounts", "Statements" and "Documents".

The FAQ says look in Documents but all I see are Ts&Cs and FSCS info.

@Qyburn think you need to go into the specific account first, then go via that Manage link, and then you should see it.

ETA - sorry, re-reading your last message again it does seem like you are looking in the right place but not seeing it. Perhaps chat with them and ask?

Just a thought:  Have you actually received any interest from Zopa in the 22/23 Tax Year?

Yes I have. I need it for my tax return, and hoped not to have to add up every pot from every month.

Strange that it's not there.  Perhaps try the 'chat with an agent' link to ask the reason.

I will do. I tried the chat earlier but it kept blowing me off "unable to send message click to retry".  Maybe they're busy at the moment.
