There won't be a hearing if this is a single PCN claim so DON'T mention you can't attend!  DCB Legal always discontinue when they see a decent WS bundle. Hearing will be cancelled.

So do the WS sooner than your deadline.

The NEWBIES thread already walks you through an a - f list of what to put in a WS bundle.  Amazes me so many don't read it!  The NEWBIES thread covers all stages.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I have drafted the WS bundle to the best of my ability - would love to hear some critique!

Also how do I actually submit it to the court? Does the WS and exhibits stay within the same document?

    Thanks in advance guys!

That's a very good WS bundle example. No brain fog with you!

I think 13 and 15 are repetition so lose one of them. And there's an extra word here in 12:

"On the day of the all parking event,"

WS plus exhibits and costs assessment all in the same pdf (although costs assessment can follow) to the e-mail address that you will find if you use the court finder (ask Auntie Google) and to the claimant or their solicitor if they are using one.

I know there is a high chance it will be dropped, but the hearing is scheduled in 17 days, and I'll be out the country on that date - should I ask the Judge for an online hearing, or to postpone? Or ask both? When is the deadline for this?

Send in that WS right now.  Today.  Hopefully they'll discontinue when they see it.

If you can't attend, email that no earlier than and no later than exactly 14 days before the hearing.
