Second degree financing

Hi lovely people,
I was recently diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, after many years of low prospects, this was a relief, and I've been working at getting myself in order, including recently paying off a twenty year debt. I decided to return to University, and have even been accepted. Only problem is that I have a degree already. I didn't do very well (due to my unknown challenges) but still managed to pass.
As an international student at the time, I wasn't able to access student finance. The irony now, is that I could potentially qualify, as I've now got settled status, I've also paid taxes and have never had benefits, but because I have a degree, I'm not able to get any financing now. I can see there are private companies that offer finance, but the interest rates seem absolutely dire. I've looked at the uni websites and the grants don't seem applicable to me at all, I've even tried a Go Fund Me page, but I don't have any idea how to use social media like facebook effectively for anyone to even notice it let alone contribute.
My parents are willing to dip into savings and pensions in order to help me. I don't like this idea, they've already helped me out with one degree and they've worked hard for their retirement, hence the reason I'm trying to look at any and all options. But I don't know where to look, and I am finding the process incredibly overwhelming. I know there is disability finance to assist, but I hit a road block when I had to send a form to my GP, and couldn't work out how to do it. I appreciate that sounds stupid, but forms are my nemesis. I would appreciate any ideas if anyone has anything? I really need to narrow down my options so I know what threads I can pull. There are far too many at the moment.
The degree that I'm looking at is History and Archaeology, so not something like nursing which would qualify for a second degree. My UK fees, are actually more than my international fees were 20 years ago. It feels like we aren't allowed to have an education anymore. Please help!

Rather than looking at their websites a phone call fully explaining you situation might help 👍
