DRO help please
Hello,
Am nearly at the final stages now with Citizens Advice just before they submit the application to the Insolvency Service. I went through income and expenditure with National Debtline and they passed me over to CA. Everyone I have spoken to at either place has been really nice and non-judgemental at all, but I now have my appointment for the call to put everything together and I am feeling really nervous about it.
I have been asked to get together three months worth of bank statements, car details and payslips and benefit letters. This has set me off being really nervous and overthinking. I have nothing to hide but over the last three months (not the current month), I have gambling coming out and sometimes winnings coming into my bank account and I am just scared that the IP is going to take one look at my bank statements, see the gambling and take a dim view of this. Does the IP receive copies of people's bank statements, or is this just for Citizens Advice to ensure that they have all my income and expenditure correct?
Thanks.

You are not alone in having a flutter.
I don’t think many eyebrows will be raised by this.
Your intermediary puts together the application, makes sure it’s watertight, then submits it to the insolvency service.
Yes you are overthinking things, the application won’t be submitted if there is a chance it will be declined, and they only get declined if any kind of mistake has been made in the application, or fraud is suspected.
