Confusion around AET and UC commitments

Hi,
I’d be grateful if someone could explain how some of the forthcoming changes will affect me.
I’m employed on a 21 hours per week contract, I earn around £1340 per month.
I’m a single mum with 2 children, aged 9 and 4. 4 year old turns 5 next month. My understanding is that my commitments mean that once my youngest child turned 5, I would need to work for 25 hours per week but if I earned above minimum wage for 25 hours per week doing less hours, then this would be acceptable.
I’ve read lots of conflicting information but wondered if someone could please let me know the answer definitively. Do the rule changes mean that in my situation, I’ll be expected to look for more work in September?
Thanks so much in advance for any information. I am likely confusing the two (different) things but I’m reading lots about the AET changes but not whether this is caveated by the already existing commitments around child’s aged and hours to be worked.

If you take home £1340 per month, even if you were expected to look for work up to 25 hours per week, based on youngest being aged 5, the amount of earnings is likely to mean you would not need to attend Job Centre appointments. You are likely to be considered earning enough and not booked Work Search appointments, unless for any reason earnings were not reported as paid during an assessment period. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.1

Thank you for your response. I am hopeful that this will be the case. I should have continuous payments each month so shouldn’t have any assessment period of £0 earnings.0
