Parking Fine issue.

So I have read the sticky's and FAQ's etc but have come up with a small issue!
So this month, I have received a
Letter showing an amount of £537
Final notice before formal legal proceedings
Letter before claim
Basically the car park in question no longer exists and hasn't for about 3 years ( building apartments there now), the other issue is
On all 3 letters, the "parking charge date & time" are blank.....
Therefore I am being asked to pay £537 for for a so called parking charge yet they can't even supply me with a date and time of when it supposedly happened?
Should I still try and email / previous land owner or should I literally ignore the letters as they are hardly going to stand up in court when they don't even know the date and time it happened?
Thanks in advance!

Can you show us the letter (redacted)? The amount is high. Makes no sense for one PCN.
