Universal credit Application Question

I applied for Universal Credit at the end of March as a couple. My husband had to have a phone discussion with them which was done by appointment to confirm I.d. ect which he has had. My to do list on the uc login says I will receive a phone call in the next 2-3 days I am still waiting for this (this is nearly 2 weeks ago kow). Is this usual, should I contact them through the journal regarding this or should I be patient. I am a bit worried I have been missed.
