My wife was made redundant due to company being declared insolvent but was asked to work on to finalise work commitments but they wouldn’t pay her! Worked 9 days for which she got a pay slip but no money hoping to be able to claim it back. It seems liquidators? Are dragging their heels as no one has received a redundancy pack or Cn number.Some have been given one over the phone but can’t use it as according to companies house the company is still active! How long will it be before the company is declared insolvent and we can move forward? Hope this makes sense! Thanks for any help
