Hi
I posted our completed Childcare Credit claim forms about 4 months ago and neither my daughter or I have heard anything back. I’ve searched to see if there’s a way of confirming they’ve been received but can’t find any information. Does anyone know if the tax office should email to acknowledge they are being processed or do we just wait? I’m concerned they might have ended up on a floor during the postal strikes!

Thanks 😊

Have you checked in your on line tax account ?Most likely it is still in the queue for processing, the backlog is many months. The donor will not hear anything.1
