Hi everyone

I am looking at moving home this year to the north west of England and have viewed several properties in the area - none are for me as yet but hopefully one will come along soon.

One property I recently looked at, the seller showed me round, said he had bought it to refurbish and sell on but the interior wasn't neutral - wild (new) kitchen, even wilder (new) bathroom tiles and the cost of said tiles sounded astronomical.  Other issues such as windows and a flat roof that you would think would be the priority had been left.

What on earth was he thinking! A no from me!

You probably did the right thing by passing on this one.
