PA17 & Separate Resolution

I'm after some assistance with a probate matter.
My mother passed away in 2021 & I was a named executor on her will along with my father & a probate company.

I dealt with the will and the company were happy to renounce and completed a PA17 form which Probate Office accepted with no issues.
My father passed away Sept 22 and trying to resolve the grant of probate.

Same will as my mother and I asked for the company to renounce again which they are happy to do so.
Unfortunately the company made an error on the PA17 so need to complete a new one which they are in the process of doing.
However, the Probate Office are also asking for a further document from the company (will use their exact wording below)
'We also require a copy of the resolution to cross reference (the signatories) against the PA17 to ensure the person(s)/signatory renouncing has the authority to renounce as stipulated by renunciation'.
The person at the company named as an executor I'm dealing with has never had to do this before & it wasn't needed for my mother's probate so I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this & if they could assist? I've tried googling but not able to find anything specific.

The warning at top of the PA17 form suggests to me that only certain representatives (partner/director/shareholder/member) of the probate company are permitted to sign the form. I think that the Probate Office may be asking for a resolution from the company that confirms that the named person is indeed in a suitable position to be able to renounce the executorship. Hopefully they are, because if they aren't I don't see how it would be possible to proceed.

Thanks for the response.
the person is one of 2 company directors so is suitably qualified to sign the PA17.That's put my mind at ease somewhat though, hopefully be able to resolve satisfactorily0 -
I have an issue where like above an online will writer prepared my mother in laws will and they were sighted as an executor
They completed the PA17 and answered the question about date of will as the date it was prepared not signed by my mother in law ( only 5 days between). The probate office require us to get another pa17 with the date of will being signed but the on line company have now not replied to our new request
only have an email address, no phone number and I’m sure a postal address only
what can I do?

Have you been able to establish if the company still exists? Were they registered with any of the bodies they like to mention - Society of Will Writers etc - and if they were, are they still on the list there?Signature removed for peace of mind0
