Coop Bank Transfer To Shawbrook Bank Times Advice

Hi I tried to request to transfer money from my Coop bank account into my Shawbrook easy access account last Thursday evening, the money has still not been transferred this Sunday evening. Coop bank says money has left my account and I should contact Shawbrook but they advise me to contact Coop bank. I know its a double bank holiday but is this a reasonable time frame?

Well, as you say, there's been a double bank holiday. Depending on how late in the evening you sent it on Thursday, I'd expect it to appear in your Shawbrook account tomorrow or Wednesday. 

Faster payments are guaranteed for the next working day - but this might depend on meeting a daily cut-off - and smaller institutions like Shawbrook tend to use collection accounts with other banks. This can also be a cause of delay when showing that deposits have been credited to your account.
