Business accound whilst on IVA (trust deed)

Please help!
My husband is going to go contracting in the UK, and they have said they will employ him, but need a business bank account.
He went on IVA (trust deed) last year to help pay off his debts (he was £87k in debt).
He has got a business name set up, and paid the fee for that, ,he just needs a business account!

how will he go about doing this?
After working for a call center in Clydesdale bank I realised that reading the small print is the best thing to do in this World!

  • If he is a sole trader what fee has he paid and why?

If he gives his clients any account number how will they know if it is a business account or not?

He also needs to take out Public Liability Insurance - any decent broker can help him there.
  • he paid a fee to set up his plc online.

He needs a separate bank account for the Taxes etc..

  • So he has set up a Limited company and is not a sole trader.

In that case he will require a bank account and the only answer I can give is to go down to some local banks and see what they can/will offer.
