I recently ordered a Viewsonic VP191b 8ms monitor from Dabs.Com on reciept of this order i checked the serial number and date of manufacture it was then that i got the feeling that you get when you recieve the infamous Windows BSOD was this monitor suffering like Dr Whos tardis a case of mistaken identity.
I then decided to contact Viewsonic UK who after recieving information on this monitor confirmed that it was not the latest 8Ms model but a 16Ms previous model, due to being struck by the great god of cyberspace i would like to advise anyone who has recently purchased the 8ms version of this monitor from whatever supplier to contact Viewsonic UK in order to make sure that they recieved what their hard earned cash paid for.If like me your monitor is suffering mistaken identity you will definately need the help of your local Trading Standards office.
I am sorry that i cannot communicate any excuses recieved from Dabs.Com this is because it is forbidden in their terms and conditions and i would not like to be locked up in the tower on their instructions.
