AA entitlement query

A good friend of mine who is in poor health in his late 70's is considering moving in with his daughter and giving up his HA bungalow.  He adked me if he would lose his AA which he currently gets the highest amount of, or would it be reviewed if he went ahead?
I advised him I would check up for him but as I understood, it should not make any difference.  Could someone with a bit more knowledge advise me if I am correct?
Also I thought if he did go ahead, his daughter may be able to claim CA as she is not working and would essentially become his full time carer.?
He does not receive pension credit guarantee due to having a small private pension that takes him over the limit with his old age pension.
All help appreciated, thank you.
Simon

His AA would not be affected by him moving in with his daughter. And yes she could claim carers allowance if she is providing him with 35 hours of care a week. If she receives single occupancy discount on her council tax currently, then him moving in would affect that. It's very unlikely it would be reviewed just because of a change of address unless he was due to be reviewed anyway.

    1)  AA will continue with no changes or review.
    2) His daughter could claim CA now if she is providing 35hrs of care (and satisfies the other CA conditions).
    3) Is he sure he hasn't got an eligibility for PC - as there will be a c.£76 disability premium on top of the basic PC of c.£201?
(Note when he moves in with his daughter, and she claims CA, he will cease to be eligible for this premium).

Is he in receipt of HB and CT reduction?  If not, then he should get a benefits check:

Would be sensible for his daughter to also get a benefits check (as she is not working):

Thank you for the replies and confirmation his AA will not be affected.
He has had benefit check ups and he doesnt qualify for PC due to his private pension which takes him just over the threshold.
His daughter does not work from choice, her husband earns a decent salary.  He just wants to be sure he will not be worse off financially, which he won't be by the look of things.
He does get HB and CT benefit, though not the full amount again because of his private pension.
    Thanks again
