Broker recommendation?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a broker who specialises in getting six times income or guarantor type mortgages? We’ve found Tembo and Gen Home who can offer this service but no brokers who seem to specialise in this area. Any help appreciated. We either need just under six times income or a variable mortgage using my sister as a “booster” for up to one year until we get promoted. Other options I guess are doing interest only but we are not too keen on this.
