The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of the promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

The prize includes 1x Mattress, 2x Pillows (depending on mattress size), 1x Cloud Duvet, and 1x Mattress Protector.

The number of pillows will depend on the mattress size selected by the winner. If the winner requires a UK single or EU single mattress, they will receive 1x pillow. If the winner requires any other mattress size, they will receive 2x pillows.

To enter the competition, participants must complete the questionnaire and sign up for the promoter’s newsletter.

The competition closes on the last day of April.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The prize is not transferable.

Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
