Except old company did not supply anything. The mattress received was from the new company.sheramber said:if a cancellation is wanted, any refund is due from the old company who are in administration, so there is no money to refund, and q claim should be made from card provider.
This is one of these cases, where in reality there is no contract. As original was broken, due to nothing supplied (administration). Then new company sent as GofGW
What is weird is in the link I posted about the take over. New company would not honour ALL purchases by old company. Only The new ownership confirmed it intends to fulfil the majority of pre-administration orders.
Which I guess is saying that there was not enough old stock left for every order.Life in the slow lane0 -
The cancellations were from those who had not received their orders and did not want to wait for the new company to send out a mattress.born_again said:

. Nothing to do with those who had received a mattress and wanted to return it.0
