SIPP with no AMF or SIPP with no dealing fees.

Jarvis IM used to offer a SIPP where you just paid £5.95 per trade and that's it - no AMF or other ongoing fees apart from those hidden inside ETFs etc.
Does anyone know of a web based SIPP provider offering the same to deal equities and complex instruments?
Also/otherwise a SIPP allowing unlimited dealing fee free trades in the above securities

This one has missed that the Fidelity platform fee cap on exchange traded instruments was hiked from £45 to £90. Monevator has spotted and included this.coastline said:
