ebay item bought need to return it but not showing as purchased

Options
Hi all, friend bought a steam iron on ebay but when received it's not as described so I helped her to send a message to the seller who agreed for it's return via ebay so no charge. She asked me how to do it but could not find it in my ebay so I looked for her, there is nothing showing under recent purchases, she received it 3rd April, don't understand why it's not showing, anywhere else to look or how to proceed with the return, thanks

Is there a link from her messages with the seller to the item?
On my PC on the purchases screen there are a range of options including disputes etc - the system may have moved it to one of these.

Which I suspect Op is wanting to do but which they need to find the item for.

OP try the hidden folders in purchases, then check if it’s possible your friend has 2 accounts and has mistaken which one they used for the purchase. Then as theoretica suggests once your friend is logged in try going through links in any email messages confirming g payment or purchase.
