I would suggest downloading and running the free version of Malwarebytes for Mac.2

shouldnt cleanmymacx find the problem though?0

Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

tried that, there is nothing showing up that looks suspicious

No idea, never heard of it and I know nothing about Apple products, but malwarebytes is the only security product that I download for use on my PC so I can see no reason why the Mac version wouldn't be as trustworthy. It's up to you though, if you don't want to try it it's no skin off my nose0 -
malwarebytes has done nothing, nor spyhunter0

There's nothing wrong on your mac. Are you using a Facebook app or just the browser (which one?)
I receive loads of emails telling me my antivirus is out of date or some other nonsense. Ignore them all. Every one you click on is increasing your risk of getting some kind of malware. Fortunately most of that is for Windows users but there is still a small risk on your mac.1 -
Cleaners and antivirus/malware progs probably won't work on this because nothing has actually been installed.. I had a similar popup (notification) turning up on my iMac running OS Ventura. There's only a risk if you respond and click on it. I got rid of it via Safari/Settings/Websites/Notifications where everything trying to show notifications is listed. The most recent one will be top of the list. Click on 'deny' and you won't see it again. If you're on an older OS than Ventura there'll be something similar in your Safari settings.1
