Warm Home Discount 2023

Hello all, I did not receive a letter this year, so I checked online and it was confirmed that I was entitled to this year‘s discount so I telephoned the helpline and they also confirmed and said that my energy provider who is octopus would apply the discount automatically to my bill by the 31st of March. I’m having trouble contacting octopus as they don’t seem to want to reply to my emails. The discount has still not been applied and octopus are not being helpful one bit I was on hold for nearly an hour on the telephone on Monday when all I was told was well will pass it to the finance department. I have asked for feedback and I’ve heard nothing yet. Has  anyone got any advice please as to how to help me to enable that this discount does get applied to my bill. Many thanks
