Can’t make sense of your title. What is the reason that you won’t send the phone back to get your refund?

If you want your refund you need to return the item. You’re not expecting to keep the phone and have a refund as well are you??
Or is it a partial refund you are after?

As above perhaps we could help if we knew what the issue actually is.
