The first thing to do is to differentiate between the types of closure - if it was closed by giving you 60 days notice then this is relatively good news and is likely to be at the lesser end of the scale, but if they did it with no notice at all then that'll be more serious and more likely to impact your options elsewhere....

Well, they told me that they sent me a letter on 27 January on my address, but i didn't received it. So i'm gonna make an complain to know the reason. 

Do they definitely have your correct address?  The closure with 60 days notice, while still not ideal, is less of an issue than an immediate one, but it's unlikely that they'll divulge any details, regardless of complaining, so you'll probably need to figure it out yourself, based on what was happening on your account prior to that.

As above, check with CIFAS if there's any sort of marker there (https://www.cifas.org.uk/dsar ), and probably worth checking your credit files too, on the off chance that there's anything untoward there, using the link posted earlier.
