I was literally in the same boat as you, but nationwide have down valued the house by 20k so now in the appeal process to try and get a higher valuation0

10 days all in, they were very quick and sent lots of texts to update0

Wow I wonder what's happening with mine. Submitted via Broker 20/4 after already having DIP agreed, and they did the hard credit search the next day, since then....nothing except asking for bank statements we had already provided to our broker. I've been chasing my broker for an update but it's like pulling teeth

I’ve been through the similar CindyT, I think they’ve had issues with their text updates, every time I’ve asked the broker to chase nationwide, the prompt has caused nationwide to do something and then a text has come through.CindyT said:Wow I wonder what's happening with mine. Application 30/03. Valuation 03/04. Offer 04/05. 5/6 weeks! But, there were loads of Bank Hols/Easter hols in between. Still took ages though.0

@s@Shawty88 Hi, did you use a broker? If so was it them who informed you the application was accepted subject to valuation or was it nationwide directly who told you?Shawty88 said:
We submitted our application on 4/4/23, hard search 5/4/23. Unfortunately there was a 2 week delay as they had to wrong address for the valuation, that’s now been booked for 22/4/23. We’ve been told that income is verified and they’ve accepted the application, subject to the valuation so I’m HOPING we get the mortgage offer for the amount we applied for. Not sure how quickly they’ll get back to us though, not sure if it’s possible for it to come over the weekend?Seanj123 said:So full mortgage application submitted 5/4/23 hard search 6/4/23 valuation booked for 12/4/23 what’s people’s recent experience with nationwide mortgages times etc
good luck with yours, haven’t read the whole thread but aside from our issue with the address Nationwide were given, it’s felt like a smooth and efficient process.
Any info would be great!
