Their website says 2 working days from the day after they receive the valuation back.
So if carried out on the 12th, means they will probably get it on the 13th (maybe the 12th). You might have an offer a week tomorrow, worst case would be the monday after the weekend.

That’s a lot quicker then I thought, currently only asked for payslips, won’t they need anything else

Hi, they may do. But they will do their own full credit check on you anyway - from what you say it sounds like it's been done - and they'll let you know if they need anything else.

Sounds like they don't hang around, though, so that's good.

Do nationwide carry out physical valuations all the time? Even remortgages?

Nationwide did a full physical valuation a few months back on our remortgage LTV 21%. It was also very thorough, some flaking paint on the bathroom ceiling from a roof leak led them to send a report to our broker stating they would normally ask for asbestos testing but would make an exception on this occasion 😂

Yes, I have found when I have dealt with Nationwide, they do every valuation as a physical! or their franchise does

14/4/23 still yet to receive any info back, I’m working on the assumption no news is good news, very nerve wracking time this!

We submitted our application on 4/4/23, hard search 5/4/23. Unfortunately there was a 2 week delay as they had to wrong address for the valuation, that’s now been booked for 22/4/23. We’ve been told that income is verified and they’ve accepted the application, subject to the valuation so I’m HOPING we get the mortgage offer for the amount we applied for. Not sure how quickly they’ll get back to us though, not sure if it’s possible for it to come over the weekend?

good luck with yours, haven’t read the whole thread but aside from our issue with the address Nationwide were given, it’s felt like a smooth and efficient process.
