Park Home prices
The site owners contract expires in July. He says he has fixed a price with Eon in January which starts in July for the next two years for a unit price of 46p. Could he do that as early as January and being a small park home site of 24 Park homes can we object to the price due to the uncertainties of the electricity market.

Hi,not sure, but think if he has a business account he will have agreed to a 2 year contract price, you won't get much joy complaining,0

A landlord can not chagre you more than he pays for electricty, they are not allowed to profit from reselling energy.
Unfortunately that also means you have to pay the price he is been charged. And if he has done a fixed contract for 46p per KWh that is what you will have to pay, I assume he is also using some of the electrcity himself, so he will habe done what he thinks to be best for him.0
