BA flights booked through Travel Trolley

Hi, we booked a BA flight through travel trolley and received a voucher when we could no longer go due to coronavirus. BA extend the voucher until the end of Sept 2023 so we checked with Travel Trolley that they were also honouring this and we got an email to confirm this was correct. We tried to book a flight yesterday through the call centre and got nowhere. The call handler said she'd have to check and get back to us. Is anyone else having similar issues and have you resolved them? If so how?
