Eternity PCN at Swansea ParkTawe

Hi all,
The PCN is for parking without payment for the duration of the stay.
Going to submit the appeal process with the "One size fits all" template tonight. I am a frequent user of the car park, as there is an activity centre that I use there. I will complain to the management through their association with parktawe and thus the PPC. However, I am unsure if they will act within time as the initial 28-day appeal period ends on/around the 9th (bank holidays).
I just have one question due to the circumstances. ParkTawe has 3 car parks relying on ANPR and has changed management to Eternity in 2022. Since, one has been changed to a pay and display, unknown to me at the time of parking, and has caused the proposed contravention. My question is, is failing to pay also fightable?
Funny side note, on the GOV company house, Eternity Fire and security nature of business is registered as "Trade of electricity".
Thanks

Yes it is fightable if there were not sufficiently prominent signs alerting drivers to the change. But the appeal won't actually 'work'. It's just a step to take to raise a dispute rather than ignore it.
You don't pay Eternity PCNs though.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Great thanks. I have taken images for future use. The signposts are A2 with A4-sized content, sparsely dispersed within the car park and including the sign as you enter from a main road. So hopefully will go down the signage route.Coupon-mad said:

No elaboration needed that's not already in the NEWBIES thread which, overall, sends you and all consumers the clear message NOT to pay a private PCN, all the time that this rogue industry remains unregulated.
You don't PAY! Clearly not.
Not even when the industry's fake 'appeal service' inevitably turns your futile appeal down.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
