Coventry Building Society - problem now resolved

I've just tried to do an internal transfer, luckily not to my ISA. The earliest it will take place is 11 April due to the Easter holidays. I hope no-one else is caught out by this today.

I did do an internal transfer of funds with Yorkshire Building Society to my ISA, which although failed on online banking, I was then able to do it on the app.

Good to know about internal transfers.  I've been with Coventry for 13 years, but have never done internal transfers.
I've sent a £1 test  to my Coventry ISA this morning from FD and it arrived within about an hour.

Never done an internal transfer over a bank holiday admittedly (but surely they are working today?) but I have regularly done them and they appear instantaneously. I only ever do payments from my bank into one CBS account then use internal transfers to put money where I want. What accounts are you doing the payment to and from? 

Have you tried phoning them, they have always been very helpful?

just opened new ISA, then did an internal transfer from savings account which went immediately, all done in about 5 minutes.

It must have been a blip.

I tried transferring between my easy access account and my limited access account and it definitely came up with 11 April.

I've just gone in again and it now says 6th April!

Internal transfers are instant from my experience. External transfers are next banking day by the end of the day. So that would be 11th April.

Yes, my usual experience too. But I have 5 Coventry accounts and it was originally showing 11th whichever one I chose to transfer to. I tried to see if the other accounts showed today's date but none did.
