Pac code three network

I’m in the 14 day cancellation so requested pac using the text service from three they ask for dob as well but I don’t get pac code I got text saying there’s a error and to call them . 3 hours of being messed about they say they I owe £487 to terminate contract then past through to customer services and they say there’s problem and they cannot generate pac codes for 3 days. Another advisor said put the new sim in phone and it will appear if I request it from another network provider ???
