BT Consumer Account 'Reopened' on Trans Union Report

I've received an alert from Credit Karma to tell me that a BT Consumer Account has been 'reopened' on my trans union account. The account was reopened in October 22 but not by me. This account was from 2010 at an address and with my previous married name (I was going through divorce at the time and had moved to a rental property). I moved out of this property in 2011 with the account settled and up to date (assuming this was for a landline at the time). I have raised a dispute with Trans Union but they have come back with an e-mail saying the details are correct. I have no details of this account so can't contact anyone and am not sure how to proceed as I am concerned this is a fraudulent account in my name. Can anybody advise on best next steps
