Thank you guys. The citizens advice were very helpful too and have simplified it all for me1

Appeal has been turned down even though I got supporting letters from my consultant and care company and attached it with the MR form
When we filled out the form we gave just over one A4 page worth of information, yet in the letter they have just sent for me I still only score the same 2 points as initially. Seems as though they haven't even looked at the extra information we provided with the MR
Next step is a tribunal right ?

Yes the next step is a tribunal.
It's really rare for a MR to be successful, so try and remember a tribunal is the best chance of success.2 -

This is the form you need to lodge your appeal to the Tribunal Service (TS):

Depends how busy your local Cit A office is.
Once the appeal is lodged you are able to submit additional evidence / a statement to the TS, so your local Cit A office may be able to help at that stage.
It's important to participate in the hearing, so tick that box on the SSCS1.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
Thank you. Is it not possible to start the process online, there is a big green button saying " Start " ? Would save a lot of time and effort.Alice_Holt said:This is the form you need to lodge your appeal to the Tribunal Service (TS):

If it helps that form (SSCS1) can be completed online and saved to your computer.venomx said:

That is not needed. As OP says, he can lodge the appeal online (and will get instant email confirmation).Alice_Holt said:
