@3charlie3 - why were you returning it? Was there something wrong with it or did you decide you didn't want it?

If the latter, did you return it by exercising your right to cancel the contract under Part 3 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (legislation.gov.uk)?
