I have been waiting for about 10 days to get the tax information for a claim to HMRC, so far I have not had a response. With the deadline being today, is there anything i can do to avoid missing out on the money??

Not at this stage. 10 days was always cutting it far too fine.0

I have been waiting for about 10 days to get the tax information for a claim to HMRC, so far I have not had a response. You are asking for a duplicate of information they supplied previously during a period that is the busiest time of the year. 10 days was always going to be a push. I would have timed this in months rather than days.

Allowing 10 days was a recipe for disaster.
Well maybe not disaster but definitely a recipe for not getting any tax refund due.1
