Never heard back from your people

Hi Martin, over a year ago I used your forms and claims people to get the ppi tax back but I've never heard anything, I did contact them a couple of times but nothing please can I have some advice of what or who to contact now as time has nearly run out.

Martin doesn’t read these forums as he sold the site on some years ago. MSE never has claims people either, there may have been suggestions as to one’s available in a newsletter or something but unlikely to have any connection with this site at all. 

There are also a lot of fake sites pretending to be sponsored by Martin but they tend to get people to sign up quickly at vast cost, so I’m sure you’d have heard from them by now.

You are out of time now, so you are reliant on what the company you use pd are prepared to , what name do you have for them and what paperwork have you got?

As mentioned, Martin doesn't live here any more and he nor MSE have any claims people.     And when reclaiming tax back on PPI, you don't use one of MSE's forms.   It is an HMRC form.

There are scammers out there that pretend to be MSE or represent Martin.    You may have used one of them and got lucky that they didn't follow through before they moved on.

You need to complete HMRC form R40.  It's a very easy form with information needed that you should have to hand.
