    Seems there are a lot of cases where a (legally) unqualified person (i.e. a lay person) Defendant is better prepared that the professional legal representative of the Claimant. One would hope that this would put the judge in a particular frame of mind to side more with the Defendant.
    Yes: almost invariably thanks to this forum, no?!  Never had dealings with the shysters featuring on here but may I thank all regulars again for their sterling work.  Humdinger
