Club Lloyds fees

Hi,

I had over 22k going through my Club Lloyds account in March and have now been charged a fee today. Should that not be waived by having met the criteria? Most cash went in and out the same day as I only funneld it through so wasn't in overnight.

Not been charged in Feb and March when the requirenment was only for 1500 money in as it is now raised to 2000 from April onwards.

Is this a glitch or have I missed anything? Have messaged support but not had an answer yet so just wanted to see if others had the same issue?

Fee without corresponding credit here too. Give it a bit of time. I'm expecting a credit too.

How annoying - you've prompted me to check but my usual fee and waiver transactions are both there I'm afraid. I did pay £2k in last month as I updated the standing order when I found out in case I later forgot! Not sure if someone has managed to update the criteria in the system on the first then realised they're processing all of last month's fees today or something similarly stupid. I'm sure they will sort it.
  • Lloyds must've been on a go-slow today.  I checked about 45 minutes ago and there was no fee rebate, but it has now been applied

I find this is quite common with the club Lloyds fee. It’s debited but not immediately refunded (if you qualify for the fee to be waived), can take a few hours.
