i've just found this - very addictive!
i've reviewed 144 and only on 1 star still
i was wondering how do you get your money out once you decide to.
i can't seem to find where abouts on the site you need to go?0 -
Go to update my profile on the left hand side, then click account details, then click withdraw paypal. You have to have a minimum of £5 to be able to withdraw.0

Good morning everyone
I can't remember who asked earlier on
I'm not sure about the tax thing though perhaps it is something that needs investigating,Although i don't have time to do this as a full time thing
Thinking about it if someone made £80 on an ebay auction would they have to pay tax on it i assume not
I think nearly everybody on here are aiming for just a little extra not enough to class it as a second income,I know that for me februarys challenge wont be nearly as much as the one i'm aiming for now
I think though that if we do need to declare it and claim tax on it, then my aim for the month would be the same every month purely to make it worth it
Does that make any sense at all ?0 -
to prettyblonde, iv been using slice since november now and done 1400 reviews and still not got to the 4 star point, i do detailed reviews of anything from 3 lines up but i found that after i hit the 1000 reviews nothing changed. I also lost a star straight after withdrawing to paypal so im only a 2 star now with 1400+ reviews.Running Club5KM - 25:20(51.21%) 10KM - 53:40(50.26%)1/2 Marathon - 2.14.57(44.20%)Marathon 5:11:00 (40.78%)0

If someone made £80 on ebay if it was bought to sell on then it has to be declared as profit for tax. Any earnings from slicethe pie would be liable to tax. However I really can't see how anyone could make any decent money on it - good luck on the £300 pixie. At your 4* it will take 31/2 hours of reviewing ,conservatively, every day for a month to make £300. It is 11 january if you are to make your target you ought to be on £100 by now.
I think more realistically say £150 would be reachable. Not undermining your efforts.
For money raising I am going to seriously try to get my head around matched betting - I am struggling! and competitions, mind I don't win much - I was lucky on one of the Quidco bingo sites though and won £600. Sorry off tangent!
JJWhittle ( there is a JPwhittle too, any relation?) do you think they lowered your stars because you withdrew? If that is the case that isn't up to a lot.0 -
The new room has knocked 2% off my accuray so far0

Patchwork I know i think my aim was a bit high
So if i was to be able to make just £100 a month i'd need to declare it ?
If so how would i go about doing this,I dont want to fall foul of anybody eeek0 -
I would contact Slice the Pie about the tax issue. It might be that they have something in place to pay the treasury a fee for being a kind of employer or something, kinda like how your employee deducts from your pay cheque automatically.0
