I am the same my reviews vary depending how the song makes me feel.

Tend to comment on the music, the style and tone of the vocals and the lyrics.

i always find that if the track is truly dire and i am struggling to mention anything good about the vocals/tempo etc, or infact anything at all, I comment on the recording quality and the production, if it is good quality and if the music or the vocals are too loud, quiet etc. not all bands can afford professional recordings i know but if you are really struggling for something to say it's a good fall back. apart from that just say how the track makes you feel, happy, up beat, sad etc.

I do that too i write something like the sound quality wasn;t great although i do appreciate that its not always achievable on a budget

Listened to 6 tracks so far tonight and the quality (so far) has been much higher than the last scout room. Seems to be more experienced musicians, singer who can actually sing etc However, it could be a case of 'famous last words' I'm still on 2 stars but I'm happy!

Congrats Misspixie I just noticed that and came on here to tell you!

Did you read in the forum about changing country to USA and going up a star. Who's going to risk it? I'm currently not in my real country but that was so that I could see my accuracy rate easily. Currently on £3 but am not in the right frame of mind to continue tonight. I haven't been impressed with the new scout room yet.

Lillilou i havent been impressed either i much preferred the last uk bands one

and the forum post about going to america, its a long story one day he got one of his stars taken away,He actually went on holiday to america for two weeks came back and he got his star back :-)

Thank you to everyone lol I'm sure i wont be doing that well for long, I have hand cramp so i made my £10 im going to call it a night

horoaay! i did this half an hour before dinner, and half an hour just now, and guess what, im up to 2 stars!
i didn't expect to get 2 stars so quickly!
now i'm going to try and go up to 3 stars!
this is pretty cool i have to say, listening to new music and getting paid...
