  • To be honest, ith reviews I just write if the song reminds me of another band, if I think the vocals/instruments fit in well with the 'feel' of the song, just stuff like that, and I try and keep it to three lines.

I'm upto the grand sum of £1.02 after 32 tracks, and have just gone upto 2 stars, a well excited! Have scheduled a couple of hours into tomorrow's schedule to do some hardcore reviewing, the only trouble is when I hear a band I really like (this happens quite often!) I have to physically stop myself from popping onto itunes to get the album, bad m&sgal!

    Nighty night everyone x x

If you click on the Applications link in the left hand greyed out menu bar on facebook, then the Browse Applications button on the top right, search for Slice the Pie and there are two applications available, then you just add it as you do any other app. It'll ask you to sign in and take you back to STP to confirm but then it'll show up in your profile.

Thanks for that, i found the applications bit but i type in slice the pie and it says no application found?

  • He he mariagti, me too! Yesterday I worked out it would mean £1.85 a day for all the remaining days of the month, assuming I stay on two stars, but then I thought, if I get £2.50 per day, that's less days, so I think I'm going to aim for that! Best of luck!

  • Ha ha there is some crap on there, but also some good stuff, i bought two eps on itunes last night with my xmas gift voucher, for the colours and last scene falling, great bands. But some rubbish too! On the plus side, keep plugging away with them, I just hit 100 reviews and 3 stars, so my earning per review has gone up, only 22 reviews to earn that 2 quid, I'll probably do more though, once I'm in there I get a bit obsessed - the next song could be my new favouritest song ever, you never know!!!

  • Quick query for any veteran STP-ers. After a scout room closes do all the artists you've tipped disappear? I don't mean unused tips, I know they go, but does your list of bands tipped stay? I'm kind of using that as my favourites list, so want to back it up if it is going to go, and I haven't been around there when the rooms have changed over. Thanks!!

This is a brilliant idea! I'm going to give it a go, aiming for £50 each month. Some of the music is really good ...
