OP's first post on 4 April

The sofa and chair were delivered 2 1/2 weeks ago.
Which would put delivery sometime in mid-March but doesn't tell us if it was more than 30 days ago or not.

But assuming (i) that by raising the issue with the supplier the day after delivery the OP has paused the window on the short-term right to reject, and (ii) that the "waiting period" has not ended, then they probably still have that short-term right to reject the sofa for an immediate full refund (if that's what they want) without messing about with attempted repair/replacement.

Or, if they prefer, they can let the supplier attempt one repair/replacement and then reject it if still not happy.

If the supplier won't play ball in either case, and the OP paid by credit card, then the OP needs to do a s75 claim - or a chargeback if they paid by debit card, although I'm never sure if a chargeback covers this sort of situation...

(I'm also assuming that the mismatching fabric amounts to a fault with the sofa that justifies rejection).

The delivery was 28 days ago today. I paid by debit card unfortunately. I was planning on paying by credit card but realised I had left it at home when at the showroom.

If you are within 30 days of delivery you can exercise your short-term right to reject (assuming that the mis-matched fabric is a sufficient fault to justify rejection).

But if you have requested or agreed to a repair or a replacement, the 30 day "clock" stops until the seller complies with that request, at which point the "clock" restarts.  If the problem remains you can still exercise the short-term right to reject up to either (a) 7 days after the "clock" restarts or (b) the end of the original 30 day period, whichever is later.

If the seller won't play ball/won't communicate, ask your bank for a chargeback (not as described, not of satisfactory quality) and see what they say

Can you go back into the store and show them that the one in the showroom is not two different colours?
