    Can I ask why 60 days for her to survive you?  The law only requires 28 days.   That said and if thats the first thing in law I find incorrect id get a solicitor to do it for you.  Use the free will month for charity where a donation usually around 80 quid or a legacy in the will pays for the will to be made

    You know what I hadnt checked the date of the original post and was replying to a "new post"  its really funny though because I have just done what I was moaning to the wife about.  People starting new threads on old posts oops.
