Have just phoned Boots, having received my Dimage Z10 on Saturday morning minus the promised free case. "All offers and free gifts are subject to availability", they say, "and the only reason it wouldn't have been in the box is that we must have run out of cases." Humph.
My argument is that since the free case is referred to on the dispatch note, it should definitely have been in the box.
Not sure where to go next with this. Anybody in the same boat?0 -
It was mentioned before, I don't think anbody got the free cases, even first time around.
You'd have thought they'd have updated the system though, because somebody from here phoned and complained weeks ago.0
