No One to Witness My Will – Please Help
Comments
-
My solicitor drew up our wills recently. Pretty simple estate and I thought I had everything covered, but solicitor still suggested a few adjustments. The gals from his office were the witnesses.
I'd highly recommend paying for a proper will, knowing that something has been done properly gives great peace of mind. Why does Sherlock Holmes love Mexican restaurants? Because they give him case ideas.1 -

As an example, if you leave your property to A, B and C and the remainder of your estate to X, Y and Z, if the property is sold prior then A, B and C would end up with nothing.2 -
Paying a solicitor to draw up a Will seems be a good investment which will also solve my witnesses issue so that’s what I’ve decided to do.
A big thank you to everyone for all your replies, advice and help.
