Do companies have to stick to the nil kWh price cap - as a maximum for daily standing charges ?

Or just the total - in my case for multirate 4200 kWh inc SC ?

Does EPG change that SC rate in any way - I thought not ?

Yes they have to stick to it.
    No the EPG doesn't affect.

Which is why standing charges have gone up and unit prices down slightly, to stay under the EPG.
